We honestly lost the nicest and most caring person in the world. David was such a good person that it makes me think that maybe he was a angel from the start, and angels don’t belong on earth.
David touched everyone he met, and for all of those who didn’t meet him, well you missed out… BIG time.
For all of them who knew him… I feel like because of Davids death he made us all closer, nicer and more loving people and also to just make the most of life. Its sad that someone has to die for us to become that or realize that. Why cant we just be like that from day one?
Lief vir jou David.

So a couple of days ago I was in Willowmore visiting my mother, and drove through to De Rust for the day for some house shopping. On the way I saw two old women and a young boy asking for a lift. As always I just drive by…. About 500m on I just feel this urge to stop. So I stopped and drove back to them. The one women came running to the car saying “ons wag al heel oggen vir iemand om ons op te laai, die klein klong het asma en sy asma pompie is op, hy sukkel om asem te haal” they jump in the car and I rush to the closest clinic… it took us about 20min. They jump out the car in a rush and cant thank me enough, before they enter the building I ask the mother what the boys name is…… I don’t know why I asked.
She said…….. David
My heart sank.

Loved the Modern Art Museum, saw the beautiful work of legends like Dali, Van Gogh, Picasso, Lewis Hine, Frida and much more. It was such an honor to see the work of artists I love and have learned so much about.
